• As a Principal Time & Attendance Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a hands-on technical expert across both pre-sales and post-sales customer engagements.
• You will help customers and partners successfully adopt and configure a workforce management technology platform to meet complex operational requirements.
• The role combines discovery, solution configuration, product demonstrations, training, implementation guidance, and live production troubleshooting.
• You will work closely with direct customers and partners, translating business needs into practical technical solutions and ensuring deployments remain healthy after launch.
• Success in this role requires deep workforce management knowledge, strong technical problem-solving abilities, and a highly customer-focused mindset.
