Position Title: Process and Instrumentation Engineer

Department : Cavite Sourcing Unit

Reports To : Project Delivery Manager

Work Location : Philippines – Cavite

A. Role Purpose

This role is a member of the Site Engineering Team, responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of the BU capex project. The role will be responsible for contributing designated engineering discipline expertise to enable development of the Concept, FEED & Detailed Design for projects and lead the execution.

The role will provide design inputs and execute the engineering design throughout the lifecycle of projects, and help lead the project complete execute, commission and handover projects OTIF.

B. Key Responsibilities

• •Lead Process, E/I and Automation design and execution for medium and large size projects.
• •Collaborate with BG/BU engineer, Design Institute, and CM to develop comprehensive project plans.
• •Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• •Manage the CM consultant and construction contractors.
• •Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
• •Ensure the project On time in full delivery, with 0 recordable safety incidents.
• •Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• •Prepare detailed reports, blueprints, and documentation for project approval and permits.
• •Maintain accurate records of project progress and changes.

C. Candidate Profile

• •Engineering degree with 5-10 years of experience in Process Automation and Design.
• •Lead Processing Design/Installation and Commissioning for medium/large size projects.
• •Working knowledge of Philippine Engineering Standards
• •Project management
• •Cost Engineering
• •Proficiency in MS Office – Excel/ Power Point and Word
• •Working knowledge on Engineering software - AutoCAD, 3D’s.
• •Good proficiency in written and spoken English
