💡 Deine Aufgaben

  • Definition, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Produktionsprozessen (Qualität, Kosten, Effizienz)
  • Technischer Support für Produktionsprozesse (auch im Schichtbetrieb)
  • Durchführung von Prozessanalysen und Ableitung von Maschinenanforderungen
  • Erstellung von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften
  • Mitarbeit bei CAPEX-Planung
  • Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme und Qualifizierung von Maschinen & Anlagen
  • Steuerung externer Fertigungs- und Engineering-Dienstleister
  • Unterstützung der Serienproduktion bei Prozessproblemen

✅ Dein Profil

  • Studium im Bereich Elektronik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Techniker-Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Process Engineering / Industrial Engineering
  • Kenntnisse in Elektronikstandards und Fertigungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung in NPI / Industrialisierung von Vorteil
  • Projektmanagement-Erfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Analytisches Denken & strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
