Job Summary



 Principle Accountabilities:

• •Performs set‑up of processing equipment.
• •Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
• •Processes test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
• •Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
• •Line change configuration.
• •Performs corrective maintenance.
• •Follows escalation procedures.

Education / Experience

Typically requires an Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training. Successful completion of company provided training may be required. Typically requires 6+ years of related experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

As a highly skilled specialist, contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways.

Scope / Impact

May direct other employees; in some sites, functions as a working supervisor with large scope of responsibility. Assists in developing goals/targets of line or department Moderate impact.

Decision Making / Discretion

Determines quality/testing methods/ procedures on new assignments. Decisions may affect department/ function.

Supervision / Leadership

Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often leads or supervises the activities of other nonexempt personnel.

Work Environment :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to work that requires repetitive motion. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
