As a Maintenance Technician I , you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, industrial robots, and automated production systems. Every day provides hands-on experience with new technologies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

A Day in the Life

Every shift begins with a team safety meeting to review priorities, discuss safety concerns, and prepare for the work ahead.

Throughout your shift, you may:

• •Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and robotic systems
• •Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment issues
• •Replace belts, bearings, chains, rollers, filters, and other wear components
• •Help repair conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes
• •Support maintenance and recovery of automated equipment and industrial robots
• •Assist with hydraulic and pneumatic system repairs
• •Complete general building and facility maintenance
• •Respond to equipment breakdowns alongside experienced technicians
• •Record completed work in the CMMS maintenance system
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• •1-2 years of maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, automotive, robotics, or other hands-on technical experience preferred
• •Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• •Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
• •Comfortable using hand and power tools
• •Willingness to learn industrial maintenance and robotics technology
• •Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or automation systems is helpful
• •Basic knowledge of industrial robots, robotic equipment, or automated manufacturing processes preferred
• •Ability to read measuring devices and follow written work instructions
• •Safety-minded with dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• •Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in an industrial environment

Preferred (Not Required)

• •Maintenance or technical certification
• •Manufacturing or warehouse maintenance experience
• •Basic robotics or automation experience
• •Experience working around industrial robots or automated equipment
• •Experience using a CMMS maintenance system
