Process Operations Associate - Security Services

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is a highly skilled team within Operations responsible for ensuring operational accuracy across post-trade processes, asset servicing activities, and customer portfolio information. By working across multiple stakeholders, systems, and operational workflows, the team identifies discrepancies, resolves complex exceptions, and continuously improves operational processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitor and investigate operational discrepancies across post-trade and asset servicing processes

Perform investigations and resolve exceptions related to securities operations and operational events

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues

Support operational processes related to post-trade events, asset servicing activities, position calculations, and customer-facing portfolio data accuracy

Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and operational scalability

Support projects, testing activities, and implementation of new operational processes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Experience within post-trade operations, reconciliation, asset servicing, or securities operations

Basic understanding of securities lifecycle, clearing & settlement, and post-trade processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities

Fluent in English (C1 level)
