Job Description Summary:

Mengawasi dan memastikan seluruh kegiatan produksi selama shift berjalan agar sesuai rencana produksi, instruksi kerja, standar kualitas, keselamatan kerja, serta menjaga kondisi peralatan dan kebersihan area kerja.

Job Description:

  • Memastikan seluruh aktivitas produksi selama shift berjalan sesuai dengan instruksi kerja dan prosedur yang berlaku
  • Memastikan kondisi peralatan produksi serta kebersihan area proses tetap terjaga sesuai standar yang ditetapkan
  • Memastikan pelaksanaan produksi sesuai dengan rencana dan target yang ditetapkan oleh PPIC
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap kualitas dan kuantitas produksi di shift
  • Mengumpulkan dan melakukan pelaporan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan

Job Requirements:

  • Minimal D3 Teknik Kimia, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait
  • Memiliki 5 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang Oleochemical atau FMCG
  • Mempunyai pengalaman memimpin tim operasional dalam sistem kerja shift
  • Memahami proses produksi, GMP, 5R, dan aspek K3 di area manufaktur
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di plant Oleochemical yang berlokasi di Medan
