Procurement Operations

• •Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare pricing.
• •Support RFQ/RFP and tender activities.
• •Coordinate procurement transactions and follow company procedures.

Supplier Management

• •Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations.
• •Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
• •Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
• •Assist with vendor onboarding and documentation.

Contract & Compliance Support

• •Maintain procurement documentation and contract records.
• •Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• •Support procurement audits and compliance reviews.

Reporting & Administration

• •Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis.
• •Update procurement trackers and KPI dashboards.
• •Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems.

Required Skills

• •Jaggaer/SAP procurement systems knowledge
