Job Description

• •Delivery:
• •Meet site OTIF targets
• •Circulation of rolling dispatch plans to site cross-functional team
• •Ensure monthly dispatch and manufacturing commitments are met.
• •Collaborate with Tech Ops and Project Management team on execution of new product launches and site transfer projects.

• •Material planning:
• •Managing end to end MRP run and timely material indenting for commercial, life cycle, new product launches and projects
• •Material tracking & scheduling of material deliveries in line with production plan to ensure no line downtime due to material availability.
• •Driving monthly review of 12-month rolling material requirement projections for APIs, Lifecycle & high lead time materials

• •Inventory management:
• •Monitor and control inventory levels of API, RM and PM in line with company targets.
• •Monthly assessment of action plans for slow/non-moving inventory
• •Provide routine destruction note approvals in line with MRB process.

• •Timely escalation:
• •Highlight critical issues related to delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions.
• •Maintain transparent communication in all intra and inter-departmental meetings and emails

• •Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
• •Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to streamline processes
• •Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity

• •MIS:
• •Prepare and present routine reports on production and dispatch performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

• •Compliance and Safety:
• •Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, including ISO 14001 & 5S
