Producer/Editor/Graphics
Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Washington, D.C. area (hybrid)
The Role
We're looking for a skilled Producer/Editor/Graphics specialist to handle the final production and visual execution of our marketing content. You'll work with our Digital Content Producer to bring written content to life through video editing, animation, and motion graphics. This role is AI-native you'll use AI to refine video scripts, generate graphics briefs, and get design feedback, while you focus on technical excellence and creative execution.
You'll produce professional-quality video content, animated explainers, promotional graphics, and social media assets that support our marketing pipeline target and 100K+ monthly organic traffic goal. Your work will span webinars, YouTube, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and case study videos.
What You'll Do
Video Production & Editing (50%): Edit 4-6 videos/month from raw footage or screen recordings. Create YouTube, LinkedIn, and email video assets. Produce webinar recordings, promotional videos, and case study videos. Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects at a professional level. Ensure brand consistency and on-brand color/typography.
Graphics & Motion Design (35%): Create animated infographics, explainer animations, and motion graphics for social media and web. Design graphics for blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies. Build motion templates and design systems for reuse. Support Sales with deck graphics and presentation assets.
AI-Leveraged Production (10%): Use Claude to refine video scripts, generate detailed graphics briefs, and get design feedback. Build templates and workflows to accelerate production. Document best practices for motion design and animation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration (5%): Work with Digital Content Producer on webinar and case study visuals. Collaborate with Senior Designer (Tim) on overall brand visual direction. Support sales team with custom graphics and video needs.
What We're Looking For
Required:
4+ years video editing and motion graphics production
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Strong portfolio of video and animation work
Knowledge of broadcast video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms
Creative eye for color, typography, motion, and composition
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Daily Claude/AI experience or willingness to learn
Preferred:
Experience with broadcast or media production workflows
Familiarity with B2B marketing or tech explainer videos
Experience with motion capture or 3D animation
Knowledge of YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media video specs
