About this role:

As a Product Designer within the Customer pillar, you'll be part of a UX team looking after the apps and websites our customers use to order their food globally.

You’ll work with an empowered cross-functional team that prioritises using research and data to help understand the problem space, before moving through the design process to deliver engaging and user-friendly solutions.

We are specifically looking for an AI-forward designer who leverages modern AI tools as a force multiplier—moving rapidly from concept to functional artifacts to accelerate visual exploration, prototyping, and delivery.

We want to discover what our users will love as soon as we can. We like to explore user problems in-depth, speak with users regularly, and embrace modern, AI-assisted workflows to help us understand and meet user needs faster.

You'll be part of a passionate UX team of 80+ UX designers, UI designers, product designers, service designers, researchers and writers across 7 countries.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• •Focus on key user problems and come up with innovative solutions to those problems.
• •Quickly yet thoroughly create process flows, user journeys, wireframes, visual design mock-ups, and AI-accelerated prototypes as needed to effectively conceptualise and communicate detailed interaction behaviours.
• •Work across the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery; creating documentation, wireframes, hi- & lo-fi prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI.
• •Confidently integrate AI tools into your day-to-day workflow for rapid visual exploration, generative prototyping, and streamlining production tasks across web and mobile platforms.
• •Collaborate with engineering & product management to build experiences and present your work to stakeholders.
• •Collaborate on research alongside UX researchers, conducting usability studies and utilizing AI tools where appropriate to assist with synthesis and insights.

What will you bring to the table?

• •Experience in a product design role delivering UX&D work as part of a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team.
• •Hands-on experience designing and delivering user experiences across mobile app platforms (iOS/Android) or responsive web.
• •Solid design fundamentals (layout, typography, color), high-fidelity prototyping skills (Figma, Axure, etc.), and familiarity working with established design systems.
• •AI curiosity & practice: Hands-on experience or genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI tools (Figma AI tools, AI-prototyping, AI-assisted research synthesis, etc.) into your design workflow as a force multiplier to iterate faster and work smarter.
• •Familiarity with collaborative design processes, including workshop facilitation, design sprints, and working alongside User Research.
• •Good business awareness with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
• •A proactive approach to taking ownership, creatively solving problems, and contributing directly to business objectives.
