About the Role

As a Product Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and success of private label tissue products across the Iberian market. Working closely with commercial, manufacturing, R&D, and customer teams, you will identify market opportunities, develop innovative product solutions, and support successful product launches that meet customer expectations and business objectives.

What You Will Do

• •Product Strategy: Support the development and execution of product strategies aligned with market opportunities and customer needs across Iberia.
• •Portfolio Management: Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize assortment, profitability, and growth.
• •Customer Collaboration : Partner with key customers and commercial teams to understand requirements and develop solutions that create value.
• •Product Development: Define product specifications and coordinate the development of new products, formats, packaging, and designs.
• •Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, logistics, and sales teams to ensure successful product implementation and launches.
• •Market Analysis: Analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Who You Are

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Development, or a related field.
• •Experience in product management, category management, marketing, product development, or a related commercial environment.
• •Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis, portfolio management, and cross-functional project coordination.
• •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and influence diverse teams.
• •Fluent in English.
