Product Engineer (AI-Native)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Engineer (AI-Native) based in Croatia.

• Own product features end-to-end, from identifying a problem to shipping reliable solutions into production.
• You’ll work at the forefront of AI-native software development, using AI agents as your primary development partners rather than writing code manually.
• The role combines senior engineering expertise, product ownership, architecture, integrations, and rigorous technical judgment.
• You’ll independently work with external providers, define integration requirements, and turn ambiguous problems into production-ready features.
• A key part of the role is critically reviewing AI-generated implementations and ensuring every delivered solution meets high standards for reliability and quality.
• You’ll work as an individual contributor within a remote, international team and help continuously evolve an AI-first engineering process.
