Product Line Manager - Jaw & Cone Crushing

An exciting opportunity exists for someone who Is passionate about Crushing Industry within the mining sector. This newly created position is focused on supporting our Jaw & Cone crusher business. The role will have the ability to influence our future development along with working closely with both our product group & global teams.

You will become a member of the Crushing business unit, reporting to the global product line manager of Compact crushers.

Your responsibilities

• •Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and customers
• •Conduct site visits and support the business in converting opportunities
• •Act as the subject matter expert for product performance, field applications, and value optimization.
• •Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve product designs, machine performance, and operational efficiency.
• •Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of equipment and components.
• •Assist Procurement and Engineering with supplier qualification, vendor development, and technical evaluations.
• •Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• •Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support R&D projects, and contribute to product portfolio development and quality standards.
• •Identifies Sales support needs for the regions including training, sales materials etc.

What you bring

• •Jaw & Cone crusher technical & applications knowledge specifically in aggregate applications
• •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• •Proven success in a technical, product support, or engineering-focused role within mining, heavy industry, or industrial equipment environments.
• •Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• •Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams in a technical support capacity.
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical training and influence stakeholders globally.
• •Demonstrated integrity, accountability, adaptability, and a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.

Annual gross salary range: 290.000 RON - 390.000 RON
