Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic tech and product team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technology and a proven track record of successfully managing products from ideation to launch.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager, you will:

• •Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• •Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• •Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that meet market demands.
• •Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans.
• •Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions.
• •Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• •Drive product launches including working with marketing, executives, and other product management team members.
• •Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding internally and externally.
• •Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

What We’re Looking For

• •2 to 6 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
• •Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred)
