Job Summary

We are looking for a Functional Product Manager for our Civitfun brand who will help shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform. You will play a central role in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, working cross-functionally to align business needs with strategic objectives while bridging the gap between business and technical teams.

Job Responsibilities

• •Define and maintain the product Roadmap based on the stakeholder needs, business goals and market insights.
• •Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• •Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, timely delivery, and smooth implementation.
• •Understand and communicate the impact of API´s, Middleware and Platform Architecture on product capabilities and integration.
• •Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical cost in collaboration with stakeholders
• •Gather and analyze user feedback and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
• •Act as a strategic partner to sales, customer success and market teams.

Required Skillset and Experience

• •4+ years experience of product management experience in a B2B SaaS Environment.
• •Strong understanding and proven working experience with technical concepts such as API´s, Integrations, middleware, and cloud based platforms.
• •Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams in Agile Scrum environments.
• •Experience translating complex business needs into scalable product solutions
• •Comfortable navigating cross-functional conversations and leading without authority
• •Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision making skills
• •Advanced English and Spanish is required for this role
