  • This person turns a strong network and a strategic partnership into products that ISPs, carriers, CDNs, gaming companies, content owners, and hyperscalers

Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, revenue potential, and operational feasibility.

Market and Customer Insight

Monitor the DDoS threat landscape and connectivity market trends in Latin America.

Run competitive analysis against regional carriers, global transit providers, and cloud-based scrubbing services.

Gather customer feedback through Sales, Support, and direct customer conversations, and translate it into product requirements.

Define product tiers, packaging, and pricing, including bundling DDoS P rotection with IP Transit.

Build business cases and track margin , considering partner costs and network capacity.

Partner with Sales and Marketing on launches, sales enablement, battlecards, datasheets, and customer-facing materials.

Support pre-sales on strategic deals as the product expert.
