  • 此職務負責管理維護UNO系列產品，維護產品生命週期的同時接收市場端的反饋，並與團隊討論&開發新產品。此職務除了需要對自動化的熱情與高度的執行力之外，也需要跨部門的溝通能力。前期需要培養PM基本工作能力，後期必須面對業務與客戶以了解市場需求。
  • 主要工作內容 :
  • 1. 主導新產品規格制定, 熟悉IPC客戶需求熟悉, 與前線RBU 溝通重要橋梁
  • 2. 管理產品生命週期，並與市場溝通產品 Roadmap
  • 3. 協助市場營銷部製作相關素材
  • 4. 協助業務處理重要專案 RFQ
  • 必要條件 :
  • 1. 3-5年以上工作經驗
  • + 3-5 years PM experience
  • 2. 有產品開發規劃及管理能力
  • Familiar at new product/ project development plan and well management capability.
  • 3. 善於時間管理且能有效地進行跨部門溝通
  • Good at project schedule management and the ability of effectively communicate across departments.
  • 4. 清晰邏輯思考力, 並具問題解決及決策能力
  • Clear logical thinking to analysis the problem correctly and have problem solving skill, can make the decision properly.
  • 5. 具備IPC 相關產品知識及了解市場趨勢
  • Have knowledge of IPC related products and be aware of market trend
  • 6. 有理工背景or有IPC 技術為佳

Science and engineering degree or IPC technology background is preferred.
