VIDIZMO is an AI software company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. We build Nexus, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight and Redactor, a product family that lets an organization search, analyze, redact and act on its unstructured data, where video, audio, images, documents and text are treated as equal first-class sources rather than one format with the rest bolted on. More than 100 customers run VIDIZMO in production across public safety and justice, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing and energy, and much of that installed base runs on premises, in air-gapped environments, or in FedRAMP High environments through our hosting partners, on a CJIS Security Policy-aligned architecture.

We are an independent software vendor. We build and support the software, and the channel sells it, with qualified partners also installing, delivering and supporting deployments for their own clients. That model shapes almost every role here: the people we hire spend their time making partners and customers successful rather than pushing paper through a direct sales funnel.

AI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)

The candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs

Ownership of final deliverables, regardless of AI assistance

Ability to critically evaluate AI results and ensure they meet defined requirements

Accountability for accuracy, quality, and compliance

Job Description:

• 1. Define Vision and Product Roadmap with input from Product Manager, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Teams
• 2. Breaking down and expanding Product Vision into Epics, Features and User Stories with Definition of Done
• 3. Prioritizing Epics, Features and User Stories aligned with Business Goals and their Business Impact
• 4. Work with Customer Success, Marketing and Sales teams to provide support to existing customers and as well as new prospects by prioritizing defects or new features
• 5. Work with Engineering Team to estimate Story Points or LOE using any other method
• 6. Employ methods to keep track of progress and bring visibility to team's progress
• 7. Organize Show n Tell, Perform Reviews and User Acceptance Testing of the Features developed by Engineering Team
• 8. Write articles about new Features or improvements made in the product for both Business as well as Technical Audience
• 9. Demonstrate and Evangelize new Product Features/Enhancements to other teams such as Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
• 10. Lead team of Product Analysts by setting Standards, Processes and Procedures to do their job
• 11. Hire and mentor Product Analysts
• 12. Contribute and Lead various SCRUM ceremonies like SCRUM Planning, Daily SCRUM, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
• 13. Follow, Implement and Promote Agile Release Train methodology

Must have worked as Project Manager or Product Owner before

Must have used Jira, Azure DevOps or any other ALM for managing backlogs

Strong collaboration and team working skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships cross-functionally and across all levels

Must have worked in team following SCRUM or other Agile methodology before

Ability to influence change and lead by example.

Essential Skills:

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, translates objectives into impactful solutions, and effectively leverages AI tools for efficiency. Proficiency in Claude (mandatory) and familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT are required. An ownership mindset and the ability to deliver results independently are essential. Successful completion of a Claude-based assessment is required as part of the hiring process.
