Product Performance Manager

The Product Performance Manager will drive process improvements and support the successful launch and ongoing performance of products within the B2C Product division. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products are launch-ready, deliver a high level of service, and comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The role will also support after-sales activities, improve processes and documentation, and help ensure that product and business objectives are achieved.

You will be responsible for the following:

• •Drive process improvements to make product operations more efficient and scalable.
• •Support product launches by ensuring teams are prepared and aligned on processes, requirements, and policies.
• •Work with cross-functional teams to support after-sales activities and address product-related concerns.
• •Create and improve process and policy documentation based on customer feedback, business insights, and industry best practices.
• •Ensure products are launch-ready and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• •Monitor product service quality and help minimize transaction errors and issues.
• •Work closely with teams such as Enterprise Sales, Commercial Enablement, Operations, Trade Assurance, CXM, Finance, and BI to support business objectives.
• •Identify opportunities to improve product processes and customer experience.
• •Manage projects and other initiatives as needed, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.

We are looking for:

• •A college graduate with strong leadership potential.
• •5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• •Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or a similar industry is preferred.
• •Strong project management and coordination skills.
• •Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• •Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• •Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• •Customer-focused and committed to delivering quality products and services.
• •Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
