PMO Performance Manager, External Fulfillment

Amazon is seeking a motivated and analytical professional to lead PMO initiatives and performance management within the External Fulfillment team. In this role, you will drive cross-functional projects focused on cost optimization and delivery speed, partnering with both internal and external teams to deliver measurable results. You will leverage data analysis to support strategic decision-making, build key metrics and data bridges that enable the team to achieve its primary goals, and ensure operational excellence across the External Fulfillment program.

This role requires a strong ability to work with large volumes of data, communicate results to senior leadership, and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.

Lead PMO for External Fulfillment initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams

Drive cost and speed-related projects in partnership with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment with business goals

Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making

Design and build new key metrics and data bridges to track progress toward primary goals

Manage External Fulfillment performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving action plans with stakeholders

Work with large volumes of data and big data tools in a highly complex business environment

Conduct dive deeps to identify root causes of gaps impacting customer experience

Communicate results and recommendations to senior leadership with a customer-backwards focus

• Review cost, speed, and accuracy dashboards using SQL and Excel
• Lead cross-functional stand-ups to track project timelines and dependencies
• Dive deep into performance gaps using large datasets to find root causes
• Build data bridges and new metrics tied to the team's primary goals
• Partner with external fulfillment providers on scorecards and action plans
• Present customer-backwards insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Align stakeholders across multiple levels using data to influence decisions
• Manage PMO workstreams end to end, ensuring on-time delivery

Basic qualifications

• - 3+ years of program or project management experience
• - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• - Bachelor's degree
• - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
• - Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish

Preferred qualifications

• - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
