Product Support Technician (customer service and tech skills)

Responsibilities:

• •Provide frontline technical customer support of our pharmacy automation.
• •Resolve customer cases in a timely manner through phone support, remote troubleshooting at customer site.
• •Document detailed case notes of steps taken and each interaction with customer and/or machine.
• •Periodic travel to customer sites to repair machines as well as provide customer refresher training.

Other Duties:

• •Follow all related standard work, processes, and procedures, while offering ideas for improvement.
• •Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, resources, and processes to effectively respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot DOSIS systems.
• •Mentor and train other team members as applicable by supervisor.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• •High school diploma or GED required
• •Proven customer service experience preferred
• •Mechanical, electrical, or technical skills required
• •Experience with pharmaceutical automation a plus but not required
• •Intermediate or advanced MS Office skills
