A Production Coordinator will be responsible for enabling the peak efficiency of the team they support by working intricately with BETA’s ERP system, ensuring part traceability, labor hour accuracy, and tooling accountability. You will perform daily hands-on production assembly tasks while also devoting time to refine manufacturing process layouts, continuously improving quality and throughput to align with high level business goals. You will work closely with your peers to thread design changes from ongoing product development efforts seamlessly into existing build processes.
How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
Own material-readiness and kitting activities for scheduled GSE assembly work
Review upcoming work orders and build plans to identify required parts, hardware, consumables, tooling, work instructions, and inspection requirements
Coordinate kit creation, staging, labeling, organization, and delivery to the appropriate assembly area before work begins
Verify kit completeness and configuration accuracy against the released bill of materials, work order, and applicable work instructions
Maintain clear point-of-use organization so technicians can quickly identify the correct material for the correct build
Identify missing, damaged, incorrect, expired, or nonconforming material and coordinate resolution with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and the GSE Production Team Leader
Track kit readiness, shortages, substitutions, and expected resolution dates in the production-readiness tracker
Support safe, orderly production areas through material identification, FOD prevention, inventory discipline, and standard work
Communicate daily readiness status, constraints, and recovery plans before work is released to technicians
Improve kitting and staging processes by reducing missing-part events, technician search time, and work interruptions
Minimum Qualifications:
Multi-tasking and organizational skills
Ability to assist in problem analysis and independent decision making
Good team communication skills required
Ability to utilize Microsoft products including Outlook, calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Loop, OneNote; Slack
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
Above and Beyond Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience
PLEX ERP systems knowledge
High Voltage assembly experience preferred, especially related to DC energy storage systems

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the role. Compensation
$32 — $37 USD
