Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• •CAPEX project documentation and justification (financial analyses, business cases, and project justifications)
• •Supplier validation and qualification
• •Machine release and approval processes
• •Follow-up with suppliers and machine manufacturing progress
• •Gantt chart tracking and project schedule management
• •Production line support for the implementation of new equipment
• •Requesting and managing supplier quotations

Qualifications for the role

• •At least 1 year of experience
• •Proficiency in 3D design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar programs is preferred).
• •Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• •Advanced English communication skills
