Mitsubishi Chemical has posted Entry Level Operator positions for our Films Department. Starting pay is $24.35 with open progression up to $33.45 depending upon your job certification and job assignment.

Job Responsibilities:

• •Process quality film safely in a manufacturing work environment following established processes and procedures.
• •Certify and learn job according to training documentation and certify to required level.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• •High School diploma or GED from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or state/country of residence
• •Must be able to pass on-the-job training requirements which may include physical – lifting, pushing and pulling, computer-based safety training, and forklift training.
• •Must be dependable and able to work in team-based environment.
• •Good written and verbal communication skills.
• •Must have a strong desire to learn and progress within a manufacturing environment.
• •Computer skills
• •Must be able to pass post-offer onboarding requirements which include hair and urine drug screen, background check, pre-employment physical exams
• •Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts which include 4 days on/4 days off and 4 weeks on day shift/4 weeks on night shift.
• •Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship
• •Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay Transparency

• •Starting pay is $24.35 with open progression up to $33.45 depending upon job certification and job assignment. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
