人员

• •接受生产经理的工作安排；具有良好的团队合作精神；
• •定期参加培训，熟悉cGMP和EHS要求，熟知生产工作中的专业技能和知识，并能不断提高自己；
• •在操作设备方面，培训并指导其他员工的操作。通过内部的自检和文档的审核，监督指导负责的区域均符合所有相应的法规，GMP和规则。
• •参与总部规程、外部法规差距分析和生产相关的风险评估

生产、操作

• •生产操作中严格遵循cGMP和SOP及EHS的各项要求，及时准确地填写批文件与记录本；
• •负责机器的尺寸更换和日常状态检查；
• •负责批文件的审阅与起草，负责起草和修改SOP，EHS及其他生产相关文件；
• •及时报告各种偏差和机器或操作的非正常情况，积极寻求解决方法。
• •积极参与技术革新项目，与工程部/验证部门/项目部门紧密合作，完成设备的周期性验证或专题验证项目；
• •配合工程部完成日常的设备维护和生产设备的维修及保养工作；
• •按批文件要求完成生产过程中的中间控制（IPC）；
• •关注OEE的数据收集，参与分析生产数据。
• •追踪生产部在内部/外部审计中发现的缺陷/偏差/更改控制确保其及时完成。
• •负责生产部门相关仪器的引入，数据审阅和完整性相关内容。
• •负责生产辅助系统，例如SAP等等的使用/维护/升级

• •承担最新版本通用电气医疗集团EHS政策中规定的职责
• •达到通用电气药业(上海)工厂对员工的EHS期望
