### Ihre Verantwortung

Sie übernehmen die operative und organisatorische Verantwortung für zwei zentrale Produktionsbereiche:

Schmiede: ca. 40 Mitarbeitende, 5 automatische Schmiedeanlagen und 1 manuelle Schmiedeanlage

Bearbeitung: ca. 15 Mitarbeitende und 4 Bearbeitungsmaschinen

Dabei stellen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team eine sichere, stabile und effiziente Produktion hinsichtlich Qualität, Lieferperformance, Produktivität und Kosten sicher.

### Ihre Aufgaben

Führung, Entwicklung und Organisation der Mitarbeitenden in Schmiede und Bearbeitung

Sicherstellung eines stabilen Produktionsablaufs und Erreichung der Produktionsziele

Effiziente Planung und Nutzung von Personal- und Maschinenkapazitäten

Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Produktivität, OEE, Ausschuss und Durchlaufzeiten

Analyse von Produktionsabweichungen sowie konsequente Umsetzung von Maßnahmen

Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Shopfloor Management und Lean-/KVP-Aktivitäten

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Supply Chain, Qualität, Instandhaltung, Engineering und weiteren Fachbereichen

Abstimmung von Produktionsplan und Kapazitäten mit Supply Chain

Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Kommunikation zwischen Schichten und Abteilungen

Aktive Unterstützung bei technischen und organisatorischen Verbesserungsprojekten

### Ihr Profil

Technische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Produktion, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion innerhalb eines produzierenden Unternehmens

Erfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung, Schmiede oder mechanischen Bearbeitung von Vorteil

Ausgeprägtes technisches und prozessorientiertes Verständnis

Erfahrung mit Lean Manufacturing, Shopfloor Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

Klare, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Führung

Fähigkeit, auch in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld Prioritäten zu setzen und Entscheidungen zu treffen

Gute Zusammenarbeit über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg
