Produktionsmitarbeiter (gn) zum Einsatz bei unserem innovativen Kundenunternehmen in Kaiserslautern ab sofort gesucht. Die Stellen werden zunächst befristet über GABIS besetzt.

## Konditionen

  • Bruttostundenlohn: 16,58 € zzgl. betriebsüblicher Schichtzuschläge des Kundenunternehmens ab dem ersten Einsatztag:
  • für Mehrarbeit = zusätzlich außerhalb des Schichtplanes: 40% (Mo-Fr), 50% (Sa), 30% (So und Feiertage)
  • in der Spätschicht (20:00 bis 22:00 Uhr): 5% steuerfrei
  • in der Früh-/ Spätschicht (14:00 Uhr bis 20:00 Uhr): 5 % steuerpflichtig
  • Nachtschichtzulage von 0:00 bis 4:00 Uhr, Nachtschichten von Samstag auf Sonntag und von Sonntag auf Montag: 40 % steuerfrei
  • in den sonstigen Nachtschichten von 22:00 bis 6:00 Uhr: 20% steuerfrei
  • Sonntagszuschlag von 00:00 bis 24:00 Uhr: 50% steuerfrei
  • Feiertagszuschläge: 150%
  • Samstagszuschlag pro Schicht: 12,02 €
  • Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeit im Vollkonti-Schichtsystem
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld
  • 30 Tage Urlaub pro Jahr

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen
  • Einlegetätigkeiten / Entnahme der Fertigteile
  • Inspektions- und Kontrolltätigkeiten
  • Einhalten der Produktqualität
  • Verpackung der fertigen Produkte und Vorbereitung für den Versand
  • Verantwortung für eine sichere und saubere Arbeitsumgebung

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung wünschenswert, z.B. als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (gn), alternativ mehrjährige Erfahrung als Produktionsmitarbeiter (gn), Montagemitarbeiter (gn) oder ähnliche Erfahrung in der Industrie
  • PKW-Führerschein von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2)
  • Bereitschaft, im Vollkonti Schichtsystem zu arbeiten
