Für unseren Kunden in Lübeck suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Produktionsmitarbeiter Optoelektronik (m/w/d) für die Montage, Feinjustage und Prüfung hochwertiger optoelektronischer Geräte und Baugruppen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Montage optoelektronischer Geräte und Baugruppen nach detaillierten Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Feinjustage und elektrischer Abgleich der Produkte
  • Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen mithilfe automatisierter Prüf- und Abgleichprogramme
  • Erkennen und Aussortieren fehlerhafter Komponenten
  • Durchführung einfacher Fehlerbehebungen im Montageprozess
  • Arbeiten nach festgelegten Qualitätsstandards sowie nach den Prinzipien von 5S und Lean Manufacturing
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen und Produktqualität

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Montage und Justage feinmechanischer oder optoelektronischer Systeme
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem Lean-orientierten Produktionsumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
