  • Reparatur der erkannten Fehler mittels Kleinwerkzeugen, wie Schleifband, Handfräser, ...
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse zur Verbesserung der Produktivität
  • Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung von Vorteil
  • idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Holzverarbeitung
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige, genaue Arbeitsweise; hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Deutschkenntnisse (zum Verstehen und Ausüben von Arbeitsanweisungen)
  • Unser Angebot:
  • Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit 2 Schichtbereitschaft (38,50 Stunden pro Woche lt. KV)
  • Mindestlohn lt. Kollektivvertrag EUR 15,62 brutto pro Stunde (im Helferbereich) EUR 17,50 brutto pro
  • Stunde (im Facharbeiterbereich) zzgl. Schichtzulage
  • Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung
