  • Selbstständige Überwachung und Steuerung der Produktionsanlagen für die Pelletsherstellung sowie für Massivholzprodukte
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen zur Sicherstellung der Produktstandards
  • Behebung von Störungen im eigenen Arbeitsbereich
  • Dokumentation der Produktionsdaten und Berichterstattung an die Teamleitung
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen und den Produktionsablauf zu optimieren
  • Du begeisterst
  • Erfahrung in der allgemeinen Industrie oder im Holzbereich von Vorteil
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität, um in 3 Schichten zu arbeiten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation im Team und das Verständnis von Arbeitsanweisungen (mind. B1)
  • Grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Staplerschein von Vorteil
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit um Tätigkeiten über längere Zeiträume auszuführen
  • Zuverlässiger und flexibler Teamplayer
