Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei Neuentwicklungen und Verbesserungen innovativer und hochwertiger Produkte als Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Einkauf, Entwicklung und Produktion
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Produktpalette unter Berücksichtigung von Marktanforderungen und Profitabilität
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei anwendungsbezogenen Fragestellungen
  • Begleitung der Produkte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
  • Schulungen des Außen- und Innendiensts sowie Unterstützung des Marketing im technischen Bereich
  • Analyse und Auswertung von Marktdaten und Marktentwicklungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische, kaufmännische oder akademische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsumfeld technisch hochwertiger Produkte und Systeme – idealerweise im Bauwesen
  • Technisches Verständnis, analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke
  • Freundliches, sicheres und natürliches Auftreten
  • Idealerweise sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
