• This is a full-time, fully remote coding opportunity supporting accurate, compliant, and timely medical coding across a range of specialties.
• You’ll review clinical documentation, assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes, and help ensure records support accurate reimbursement and billing.
• The role has a strong focus on physician coding, documentation quality, compliance, and resolving account and charging issues.
• You’ll work closely with physicians, non-physician providers, revenue cycle teams, and other stakeholders to clarify documentation and improve coding accuracy.
• The position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise across multiple specialties, with significant volume in Hospitalist, Intensivist, and Medical Specialties areas.
• Success requires strong attention to detail, independent judgment, productivity, and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing competing priorities.
• You can work remotely from anywhere in the United States while contributing to critical healthcare revenue-cycle and compliance processes.
