Purpose:
The Professional Services Consultant serves as a strategic clinical, operational, and AI advisory partner to healthcare organizations implementing, optimizing, and governing Lunit's breast health and AI-enabled solutions. Working closely with clinical leaders, screening programs, AI governance stakeholders, and executive teams, the role provides workflow analysis, implementation planning, operational consulting, education, change management, and value realization services to drive successful technology adoption, improve operational performance, support regulatory compliance, and enhance patient care outcomes.
As a subject matter expert, the Professional Services Consultant guides customers throughout the solution lifecycle, from pre-sale consultation and business case development through implementation, go-live, adoption, governance, ongoing optimization, and value measurement. Partnering with Sales, Customer Operations, Customer Success, and Product teams, the role helps customers align technology capabilities with organizational goals, establish effective AI governance and operational frameworks, maximize the value of their investment, and advance breast health, early cancer detection, and responsible AI initiatives.
What you'll be Doing:
Lead customer implementation and optimization engagements by conducting workflow analyses, operational assessments, software configuration reviews, and program improvement initiatives that drive successful adoption and measurable outcomes.
Assess customer requirements, system performance, workflows, and operational processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, quality, compliance, and clinical outcomes.
Develop and deliver customer education programs, including application training, workflow coaching, workshops, webinars, onsite education, and supporting training materials, user guides, best practices, and implementation resources.
Document customer engagements, findings, recommendations, training activities, performance metrics, and project outcomes while producing reports and communications that provide actionable operational and strategic insights.
Perform quality assurance and operational reviews of customer environments, including system configurations, workflows, integrations, licensing, reporting, and related business processes.
Assist customers with regulatory, accreditation, and compliance readiness activities, including MQSA, ACR, AI governance requirements, audit preparation, disclosure requirements, policy development, and supporting documentation.
Conduct AI readiness, maturity, and gap assessments to evaluate organizational, operational, technical, governance, and compliance preparedness for AI deployment and ongoing adoption.
Partner with customer leadership teams to establish AI governance frameworks, oversight processes, operational policies, documentation standards, governance committees, and stakeholder alignment strategies.
Support customers pursuing AI recognition, accreditation, or governance initiatives through readiness planning, framework development, gap assessments, documentation reviews, and compliance recommendations.
Develop customer-specific value realization strategies, including ROI and TCO analyses, operational impact assessments, executive scorecards, success metrics, adoption KPIs, reporting frameworks, and business case development.
Analyze customer data, workflow metrics, operational performance indicators, and adoption outcomes to identify improvement opportunities, demonstrate value realization, and provide strategic recommendations.
Monitor emerging healthcare AI regulations, standards, and industry guidance, perform impact assessments, and advise customers on maintaining compliance with evolving requirements.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to develop scalable best practices, share lessons learned, identify enhancement opportunities, and continuously improve customer outcomes and service delivery.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
What you will bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, clinical, business, technical, or related field preferred. Relevant breast imaging experience may be substituted for formal education.
Professional certifications or registries preferred, including ARRT (Mammography), ARDMS (Breast Ultrasound), or other related clinical credentials.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical, technical, or breast imaging experience, with demonstrated expertise in mammography, breast health, imaging workflows, or related healthcare technologies.
Experience working in large healthcare systems, academic medical centers, hospital networks, or university healthcare environments preferred.
Experience supporting healthcare AI deployments, digital transformation initiatives, clinical decision support systems, healthcare software adoption programs, and organizational change management initiatives.
Experience facilitating executive workshops, governance committees, stakeholder engagement activities, and cross-functional transformation programs.
Experience building business cases, ROI analyses, TCO models, value realization plans, operational assessments, and executive-level reporting.
Familiarity with healthcare AI governance frameworks, AI risk management principles, healthcare regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and compliance programs.
Minimum of 3 years of consulting, customer success, clinical applications, implementation, training, or related healthcare technology experience preferred.
Experience delivering adult education, software training, clinical instruction, workflow optimization initiatives, and adoption programs for healthcare technology solutions.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, breast imaging operations, healthcare technology environments, AI-enabled healthcare solutions, governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and change management principles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management, workflow mapping, collaboration tools, healthcare information systems, system integrations, and database concepts.
Strong consulting, analytical, and advisory skills with the ability to facilitate executive-level discussions, analyze operational, financial, and adoption data, develop actionable recommendations, and demonstrate customer outcomes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and educate executive, clinical, operational, technical, and IT stakeholders using a variety of instructional methods.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic customer-facing environment; willingness to travel as required, including customer site visits, training events, and industry conferences.
- What you will receive:
- The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 per annum, full time equivalent. Benefits include the option to participate in medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances; a 401K plan with a company match; and generous paid time off.
Other things to note:
This role will be hybrid if the successful applicant lives within commuting distance of our US office (Lynnwood, WA). For candidates outside this location, the role will be fully remote.
