Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by helping shape the future of digital learning at one of the world's most innovative universities. You will play a critical role in supporting the design and scalable delivery of online learning experiences that increase student success and expand access to education around the globe.
Every course our team builds moves through a pipeline: it is scoped, assigned, developed, approved, scheduled, and revised. At any given time, hundreds of courses are somewhere in that journey. Your role is to ensure every project stays on track by maintaining accurate records, coordinating across teams, anticipating needs, and communicating proactively. Your work enables instructional designers to focus on designing engaging, learner-centered experiences while helping faculty and stakeholders stay informed and aligned.
This is more than an operations role; it's an opportunity to contribute to a future-thinking organization where thoughtful coordination, process improvement, and collaboration directly support the success of learners worldwide. When the tracking is accurate and communication happens early, designers spend more time designing, faculty are never surprised, and students receive high-quality courses on time. If you're energized by creating order, improving systems, and helping cross-functional teams do their best work, we'd love to meet you.
Essential Duties:

- Monitor course schedules and development milestones, proactively identifying delays or missing approvals, communicating with program managers and stakeholders, and coordinating adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and distribute reports, dashboards, status updates, presentations, briefing materials, and other documentation to support instructional design leadership and stakeholder decision-making.

- Support the onboarding, coordination, and execution of new course development initiatives, program launches, and other operational projects led by EDL leadership.
- Support the Assistant Director of Program Learning Experience and the Associate Director of EDL Operations with program-level initiatives, operational planning, process improvements, and special projects.
Communication and Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a liaison among instructional designers, faculty, program managers, and other EdPlus units to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, course development, scheduling, and maintenance.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance operational tools, Airtable automations, interfaces, job aids, training materials, videos, and other resources that improve team processes, communication, and efficiency.
Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.

- Evidence of familiarity with instructional design processes, online course development, or higher education academic operations.
- Evidence of strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional teams and preparing reports, dashboards, or recap documents.
