  • The Program Delivery Lead will translate strategic priorities into measurable programs that strengthen behavioral health networks and improve access to quality care.
  • This role focuses on both Medicare Advantage and Medicaid populations, with responsibility for network performance, provider quality, and value-based initiatives.
  • You’ll work across network teams, market leaders, providers, and internal stakeholders to turn data and strategy into practical improvements.
  • The position combines strategic planning, analytics, provider engagement, program leadership, and operational execution.
  • You’ll develop performance measurement approaches, lead pay-for-performance initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve network effectiveness.
  • Strong relationship management will be essential as you partner with major provider groups and lead joint operating discussions.
  • This is a fully remote opportunity with occasional travel and significant scope to influence behavioral health outcomes at scale.
