Program Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Director based in the United States.

• This remote leadership role provides strategic direction and operational oversight for a mission-driven program focused on strengthening pastoral leadership and community engagement.
• You will guide the program from development through implementation, evaluation, and long-term sustainability.
• The role combines relationship-building, program strategy, participant engagement, curriculum development, and operational management.
• You will collaborate with pastoral leaders, congregations, facilitators, coaches, subject matter experts, funders, and internal teams.
• Success requires balancing relational leadership with strong organization, accountability, and consistent execution across a multi-phase initiative.
• The position offers an opportunity to support Latino/a pastoral leadership and help faith communities translate their values into meaningful community development.
