Join Us in Shaping the Future of AI & Technology

At GoML, we design and deliver next-generation technology solutions across Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, and enterprise technology.

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive internal strategic initiatives, improve cross-functional execution, strengthen program governance, and create greater predictability across teams.

This is primarily an internal-facing role, working across Delivery, Engineering, Architecture, Product, Pre-Sales, Sales, Operations, and Leadership. The goal is to improve internal execution and operational effectiveness, ultimately enabling stronger customer outcomes.

Why You? Why Now?

As GoML scales, we need stronger program management across interconnected teams and initiatives.

You will bring structure to complex programs, improve visibility, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure teams stay aligned on priorities, ownership, and outcomes.

What You’ll Do

First 30 Days: Understand & Align

  • Understand GoML’s business, technology offerings, delivery model, and internal processes.
  • Build relationships across Delivery, Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, and Leadership.
  • Review active programs, priorities, dashboards, risks, resource plans, and dependencies.
  • Identify gaps in planning, ownership, communication, governance, and cross-team coordination.
  • Establish clear visibility into program health and key execution challenges.

First 60 Days: Drive Execution

  • Own planning and execution across multiple internal programs and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Define clear workstreams, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Delivery, Product, QA, DevOps, Data, and other teams.
  • Track program health, timelines, risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and key decisions.
  • Proactively identify blockers and drive mitigation and closure.
  • Run structured program reviews, governance meetings, and leadership updates.
  • Improve internal workflows, handoffs, and execution discipline.

First 180 Days: Scale & Optimize

  • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Build scalable program management and governance practices.
  • Standardize dashboards, reporting, and program review mechanisms.
  • Identify recurring operational or delivery bottlenecks and drive improvements.
  • Support capacity planning, prioritization, and resource decisions.
  • Lead retrospectives and convert learnings into measurable process improvements.
  • Strengthen internal operating mechanisms that improve delivery predictability and overall business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Manage multiple complex technology and internal strategic programs.
  • Define objectives, milestones, governance, dependencies, ownership, and success measures.
  • Maintain clear visibility across parallel initiatives.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Drive alignment across Delivery, Engineering, Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Data, Operations, and Leadership.
  • Clarify ownership, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Remove blockers and drive timely decisions.

  • Maintain structured program dashboards and leadership reporting.
  • Escalate critical issues with clear context and recommended actions.

Resource & Capacity Planning

  • Partner with functional leaders to identify resource needs and capacity gaps.
  • Support prioritization across parallel workstreams.
  • Improve visibility into resource utilization and constraints.

Process Improvement

  • Identify recurring inefficiencies and coordination gaps.
  • Improve internal workflows, governance, reporting, and handoffs.
  • Build scalable processes without adding unnecessary complexity.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of overall experience managing technology projects, programs, or strategic initiatives.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of technology delivery and program management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Cloud, or digital transformation programs.
  • Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience in technology consulting or services organizations.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
