The ideal candidate has experience managing both strategic messaging development and creative execution. A comfort working across multiple disciplines is important, as projects can entail defining audience goals, design, animation, photo/video and animation components.

You Will Be:

Experienced in a hybrid account/project management/production role in an agency or in-house setting

Able to create and maintain schedules for short-to-intermediate length projects

Responsible for owning status reports, scheduling and leading videoconferences, client coordination and follow-ups, as some of your daily, routine tasks.

Well versed in executing campaigns across multiple platforms including print, social, display, CRM, video and digital.

Comfortable working with creatives with a knowledge of the creative process

Client partner/steward for the business relationship and a point of escalation for client issues.

Being a highly effective liaison between client and creative production team is a must, as well as being able to interpret and communicate strategic and tactical feedback

Collaborative, self-managing, and able to partner well with others

Proficient and comfortable using technology aids to support planning, routing and collaboration

You Are:

Equipped with 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager or Producer preferably in an agency setting

A natural leader with excellent motivation and conflict management skills

Able to own assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery against deadlines

Adept and passionate about rolling with the punches of a project, and being proactive and available

Strong project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up

Able to learn quickly and comfortable asking questions

Able to work well in a team setting. Ability to mentor is a strong plus

Familiar with production processes in video, print and digital workstreams and able to incorporate implications to schedule building and maintenance

Experience with creative testing is a plus

Details:
