Description
Join our team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish. As a Project Administrator, you will partner closely with our Project Management teams to help keep projects organized and moving forward by supporting contract administration, subcontractor coordination, insurance compliance, project documentation, and closeout activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with project teams to ensure critical information is tracked, maintained, and communicated effectively throughout the life of a project.
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with Project Management teams to support contractual risk transfer and project administration activities.
- Support subcontractor administration, including contract execution, insurance compliance, and required documentation.
- Assist with owner contract administration related to insurance, builder’s risk, and contract exhibits.
- Support project documentation management including submittals and RFIs
- Assist with compiling and preparing O+M manuals, as-built drawings, and project closeout materials.
- Maintain up-to-date project records and ensure project teams are informed of outstanding subcontracts, certificates of insurance, and closeout requirements.
- Process partial and final owner lien waivers for monthly requisitions.
- Assist with collecting partial and final subcontractor lien waivers, sub-subcontractor lien waivers, and union letters.
- Assist with collecting monthly subcontractor requisitions and invoices.
- Process final subcontractor lien waiver releases.
- Assist with ordering plans and specifications from printing companies.
- Perform other related duties as needed.

$60,000 - $80,000

Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and subcontractors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications or similar software.
- 2+ years’ administration experience supporting project teams, administrative functions, or similar roles preferred.
- Experience in the AEC industry or construction environment preferred.
