Coordinate accounts receivable activities, including invoice preparation, tracking, and follow-up on outstanding billings

Review timesheet entries and labor allocations for compliance with project charge structures and contract terms

Assist with cross-discipline financial data coordination, ensuring consistent reporting across architecture, engineering, and subconsultant scopes

Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools to improve project visibility across the portfolio

Develop and maintain 3-, 6-, and 12-month staffing forecasts by discipline using Deltek Vantagepoint.

Produce weekly resource demand versus available capacity reports.

Partner with Project Managers to maintain accurate project schedules, labor forecasts, and remaining effort.

Monitor project health through schedule, financial, and resource metrics.

Identify future staffing shortages or underutilization and provide recommendations to Area Leadership.

Standardize project reporting across all PMs and disciplines.

Support monthly portfolio review meetings by preparing project performance and staffing reports.
