About the Role:

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for a Project Director – Construction Supervision role for upcoming major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Lead and oversee the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from inception through completion
• •Provide strategic direction and leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, construction supervision, commercial, and project controls functions
• •Act as the primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships with clients, government authorities, contractors, and stakeholders
• •Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements
• •Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies as required
• •Oversee contract administration, commercial management, and claims resolution activities
• •Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and governance requirements
• •Drive project excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives across project teams
• •Support business development activities, including client engagement, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives

Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred)
• •Minimum 20+ years of experience in the delivery of major infrastructure projects, including significant experience in construction supervision and project leadership roles
• •Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams
• •Strong understanding of project management, construction supervision, contract administration, commercial management, and project controls
• •Extensive experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
• •Experience working within international consultancy environments is highly desirable
• •GCC and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia project experience is strongly preferred
• •Professional certifications such as PMP, Chartership, or equivalent are advantageous
