Project Engineer

• Role Summary:
• As a Project Engineer, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop new products, technologies and customer-specific solutions. You’ll also coordinate the daily local order fulfillment activities on assigned projects. Additional responsibilities include quotation support, routine engineering analysis, detailed layout/mechanical design and operations support.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• •Act as single point of contact for customers.
• •Proactively monitor project schedule, costs, risks, and deliverables; develop contingency plans as necessary.
• •Communicate with customers in a timely, professional clear manner.
• •Responsible for project executions to establish schedule, monitoring project margin erosion, and ensuring financial milestone during the course of project are met in a timely
• •Ensure project specifications are understood and being complied during the course of the of the project
• •Coordinate and participate in contractor site visits and arrange contractor quotes as required
• •Support shipping documentations in case if necessary

Preferred Experience / Skills :

• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)
• •Knowledge of ANSYS is a plus (CFD, FEA)
• •ndustrial experience in development and design
• •Understanding of engineering documentation, drafting, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• •Effective verbal and written communications
• •Able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and business groups globally
• •Collaborative team player and self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision
• •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes are a plus
• •Relevant experience with SAP/ERP system is preferrable
• •BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering / package execution experience / with 2 years minimum experience in pump / strong knowlege in pumps
