The Senior Analyst – Project Management will support the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives. The role will work closely with project/program leads and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining strong governance, reporting, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project planning and execution , including timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Establish and maintain project governance including status reporting, action/decision logs, RAID logs, and project documentation.
- Track project financials, budgets, actuals, forecasts, and variance , working with Finance and project leads to ensure financial discipline.
- Monitor project progress against agreed scope, schedule, budget, and key milestones , proactively identifying potential issues and delays.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Business, Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, status reports, presentations, and management updates .
- Maintain project plans and trackers, ensuring actions, owners, and due dates are clearly documented and followed through.
- Identify, assess, and track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions , escalating critical items appropriately.
- Support resource planning and capacity tracking , including onboarding/offboarding and allocation of resources where required.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure timely closure of actions and decisions.
- Support change management and scope control , ensuring changes are documented and appropriately assessed.
- Coordinate project deliverables across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
- Develop and maintain processes, templates, and governance standards to improve project management effectiveness.
- Support post-project activities including lessons learned, benefits tracking, documentation, and transition to business-as-usual operations .
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve project execution, reporting, governance, and operational efficiency .

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, PMO, program management, business operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and delivery frameworks .
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams .
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting .
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports .
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Jira, or similar project management tools .
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization .
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent certification is desirable.
- Experience working in technology, consulting, transformation, M&A/integration, or large-scale enterprise programs is preferred.
- Experience supporting global or geographically distributed teams is an advantage.
