About the Role

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a highly driven Project Management, Consultant to drive high-visibility, large-scale initiatives sponsored by senior leadership, that create measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile and result-driven culture, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can influence diverse stakeholders to successfully drive execution. You will work at the intersection of strategy, business transformation, technology, and operations, ensuring critical initiatives are delivered from concept to implementation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic and enterprise-wide projects from planning through implementation and business adoption, while adhering to AIA's required frameworks and standards.
  • Partner with business to ensure projects execution excellence, project objectives, scope, budget, and timeline are met and satisfy stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues that require senior-level attention and drive decisions to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear updates to stakeholders, leadership and Portfolio team.
  • Contribute to improving project management practices, processes, and ways of working across the organization.
  • Develop a project management plan to effectively manage the project end to end to meet project objectives, time, budget, scope, and stakeholder satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, PMO, Transformation, Business Change, Consulting, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments.
  • Experience working with senior executives and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Exposure to digital transformation, customer transformation, process improvement, technology implementation, or strategic initiatives is highly valued.

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree and above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields from reputable oversea universities or top-tier local universities.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, Agile, Prince2, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Change management certification or experience is a plus.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes with speed and discipline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
