Project Manager-BI

Main challenge:

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead a high-impact, strategic project that is critical to our company’s future.

As a key driver of this transversal initiative, you will coordinate efforts across multiple departments, ensure alignment between stakeholders and teams, and lead the project from planning through delivery.

What it means on a daily basis:

You will oversee the project from start to finish, combining strategic planning with hands-on coordination to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery. This will involve working closely with internal teams, developers, clients and external partners to:

• •Define project requirements, priorities, timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• •Coordinate resources, monitor progress and performance, and manage risks, changes and dependencies to keep the project on track, within scope and within budget.
• •Facilitate collaboration through regular meetings, clear communication and project documentation, while maintaining strong client relationships and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.

What success will look like:

The project will be delivered on time, within scope and within budget, with teams aligned on requirements and priorities, risks and changes managed proactively, and clients and stakeholders kept informed at every stage.

What you need to succeed

• •Project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, change management and risk management
• •Experience with custom application development, SDLC and BI projects; familiarity with BI visualization tools, preferably Looker
• •Good understanding of IT project methodologies; Agile / Scrum / Kanban experience is a plus
• •Experience working with clients, cross-functional teams and distributed or global teams
