  • Facilitates project kickoff meetings, status meetings, technical coordination meetings, and project closeout activities to maintain alignment on responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Monitors project progress against the approved Service Engagement Document (SED), Statement of Work (SOW), project plan, estimated technical capacity, and established milestones, escalating risks, delays, scope changes, or resource constraints when appropriate.
  • Maintains accurate and current project records and documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, decisions, action items, status updates, risks, deliverables, and closeout documentation.
  • Coordinates with CMTS resource managers and technical leads to support resource scheduling, workload planning, and Service Block capacity tracking for assigned projects.
  • Develops and maintains project dashboards and performance reports to provide visibility into project status, timelines, capacity utilization, risks, and completion progress.
  • Supports project change management by documenting changes to scope, schedule, capacity, or deliverables and coordinating review and approval with appropriate CMTS leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinates project activities with clients throughout implementation to obtain required information, schedule project activities, communicate status, address project-level questions, and support timely completion of deliverables.
  • Supports the development and continuous improvement of CMTS project management standards, templates, workflows, documentation, and reporting practices to promote consistent project delivery across the organization.
