This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager - Marketing & Creative for DTC Brands based in Brazil.

  • This is a remote opportunity focused on managing marketing and creative projects for fast-moving direct-to-consumer brands.
  • You will coordinate campaigns, product launches, creative production, and day-to-day marketing operations across multiple brands.
  • A key part of the role is managing TikTok Shop initiatives involving creators, affiliates, UGC, and supporting creative teams.
  • You will collaborate closely with paid media, social, e-commerce, and creative stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • The role requires strong ownership of timelines, priorities, deliverables, and communication across multiple workstreams.
  • You will also identify bottlenecks and improve processes to make campaign and launch execution more predictable and scalable.
  • This position is well suited to an organized, proactive project manager with hands-on DTC and TikTok Shop experience.
