· Partner with Implementation Managers and Configuration Specialists to ensure alignment on requirements, expectations, and customer needs.
· Work closely with Product, Engineering, Client Support, and Strategic Accounts teams when project issues or escalations arise.
· Partner with Sales during RFP responses and late‑stage opportunities to ensure alignment on scope, implementation approach, and project timelines.
· Participate in internal process improvements related to project management, governance frameworks, and delivery standards.
Customer Engagement & Onsite Facilitation
· Lead customer workshops, requirement alignment sessions, and governance meetings as needed.
· Occasionally travel to client sites for kickoff meetings, discovery, or critical project milestones.
Required Skills & Competencies
