WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Garantiza que los proyectos sigan planes y plazos específicos del proyecto; entrega informes de estado, registro de problemas y genera la documentación adecuada
  • Garantiza que el trabajo del proyecto cumpla con todos los niveles de servicio contractuales asociados con la estimación de la calidad y la resolución de incidentes.
  • Gestiona las relaciones de los proveedores externos con los administradores de contratos para revisar / negociar / revisar los contratos relevantes.
  • Supervisa y evalúa el desempeño del personal y los procesos comerciales para ayudar a optimizar las tareas e iniciar sistemas nuevos o revisados.
  • Define la arquitectura de la aplicación y gestiona el ciclo de vida de mejoras, actualizaciones y mantenimiento continuo.
  • Investiga tecnologías y mejores prácticas para respaldar mejoras continuas en la calidad, eficiencia, ROI, etc. de los sistemas y aplicaciones.
  • Lidera a los miembros del equipo en el análisis de datos y la integración de aplicaciones.
  • Proporciona actualizaciones de documentación técnica a las últimas mejoras o versiones.
  • Se asegura de que el equipo siga los estándares para las herramientas / plataformas / metodología / controles de desarrollo para garantizar la eficiencia, la calidad y la coherencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones.
  • Diseña e implementa aplicaciones para cumplir con los SLA comerciales.
